Any suggestions of a light Women specific MTB or even unisex one ?

It is for just general fireroads , forestrey track and hardcore roads etc.

Nothing fancy is done with it, currently have a canondale 29er however a bit weighty.

Looking at a 27.5 this time any suggestion with a £800 budget tops?

I wouldn't get women's specific, they tend to charge a lot for not much.

Look at the Rockrider 720, well under budget but a really good bike and then tweak saddles and grips as required.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
