I took my old Cannondale Six13, and fitted Shimano Ultegra with a 11-32 cassette, and O.Symetric chainrings for the winter season. Continental 4 season tyres. I got the TRP magnesium brakes cheap second hand.

Winter .. mudguards at any point?
Impressive headtubes back in the day.. not so certain about osymetric rings for general duties though.
What brand is the orange outer cable?

The brand is Trivio, got good reviews, not expensive.
