MTB Saddle advice

Hi all,
I know saddles are very personal, but I think I have found my match.
But it's for the road.
I have a bontrager paradigm race saddle on my road bike and love it. Would it be weird to buy a second for my MTB?
Is there that much of a difference between road and MTB saddle?
Thanks
Jackson

Weird, no.
OK, yes.
Only thing to be aware of is some road saddles can be a bit 'catchy' on the nose and more likely to snag your shorts, others are just fine. Many saddles are neither road nor MTB, just 'a saddle'.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Why's it weird? I run Charge Spoons on all my bikes, MTB and road.Trail fun - Transition Bandit
Road - Wilier Izoard Centaur/Cube Agree C62 Disc
Allround - Cotic Solaris0
