front derailleur adjusment

Hi, my front derailleur is rubbing slightly on both rings, what should i be looking to adjust?

    Where is it rubbing - on the inside on small ring and outside on big ring?

    Not sure til i'm home later, it's not massively rubbing but enough to be noticable

    Depends where it is rubbing and in which gear combination. You Tube is your friend. Search for front derailleur adjustment and set up and you will find plenty of videos showing you how to do it. You can also search Google for your derailleur model workshop or maintenance manual, certainly Shimano models have good support documentation available online.
