Fuji Sportif 2.7 Advice

I am new to road cycling and I am looking for a bike. I don't want to spend more than $400 for my first bike so that I can make sure that I really enjoy riding. Performance Bike has Fuji Sportif 2.7s on sale for $340. Is this a decent bike or is it junk? Thanks for your help!

    You will hate every minute of your time on such a poorly specc'ed bike and will be put off cycling for life. Buy used or save some up for something better.
