Spain - day rides

My girlfriend and I are thinking of going to Spain in November. I want to go riding in the sun for a couple of days, she's happy to not do anything. Previously we've been to the Canary Islands and that's worked out well but fancy a change this year.

Can someone point me in the direction of some places in Spain that do MTB hire + a days guided riding? Everywhere I've looked at from Google only does multi day tours or holidays staying at their own accommodation and seems geared towards big groups who want to do nothing but ride for 7 days straight. I like big climbs and descents and don't mind doubletrack but don't like the DH stuff.

Ideally we want to stay somewhere where there is stuff to do nearby or where we can go on an organised excursion, although I'm not sure the two go hand in hand on mainland Spain.

I think I'd seen their website but what they listed isn't what I'm after. I might get in touch with them and ask though.

    What I'm after is:
    • Pickup from accommodation (if necessary)
    • Expert guiding
    • MTB hire
    And don't want:
    • Breakfast and dinner
    • Accomodation
    • Uplifts

At the moment it looks like we'll be heading to one of the Spanish islands where this seems more common.
  • Bit late now but http://www.sierraMTB.com does day rides. Based on the coast also plenty to do for non-riders.
