    Morning folks,
Lovely, bright and sunny out this morning and the park looked beautiful, unfortunately I couldn't get in as they are still turning bambi into venison. Well, starting the process at any rate. I should think butchering the carcasses in the middle of the park might upset a few people that delude themselves about the origins of their Sunday roast.
Hopefully not much going on around these parts today, out for a beer and curry tonight with a few colleagues. If we so much as mention work the company pays. So we usually mention it as briefly as possible in the most unprofessional manner possible. Should probably go and put my knees away now.

Morning fellow men of the saddle. Skull cap and gloves on this morning for the first time since spring. Meh, I don't like Autumn.

Another Tuesday, not much occurring. Drove in because reasons, actually I have none I live 15 minutes from work if I cycle I was being lazy.
Sighted my first office Christmas tree today so gave death stares. Whole bleeding floor of it yesterday in Ikea was bad enough.
Had a shifty under the car last night things are not looking too happy so shall be spending today getting parts the previous owner seems to have removed like the undertray's an debating how to get the rusty lumps of bolts off from the exhaust manifold, which would have been covered by said tray.
  • Meh... Got a bit of stud work up this morning before work so it can be patched later as the plasterers "didn't know it was being finished like that".

One phone call... ONE ****ING PHONECALL IS ALL IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO SAVE ME A DAYS WORK..

    And breath...

Need to get some materials and then hopefully things can start looking better as paint is going on etc.

I may go for a bikey based spin in the morning as I've I've conveniently booked a local survey about an hour later than I normally start

    Alright geezers

Quiet day here. Still in gardening leave doing jobs around the house mode. Bloke just arrived to clean all our carpets, would be far cheaper to just sell the kids as they make all the mess, but EBay won't allow me to.

Then my life of craziness is further diminished by a school open evening tonight - need to decide which secondary school is inflicted by having to teach my eldest for seven years.....

Find another way to get shot of them, it's less grief in the long run. Daughter seems to have taken a turn for the worse again so looking at working from home now it's getting quieter.
Re schools, can you play the "yes, I do go to church" card? Very pleased with both schools our kids are at.
None of them are bad around our way any more. What about Tiffin for the grammar school pressure? When are they opening the new free school? Haven't read anything about that for a while.

    Morning ladies,

Work is mental, Date has made me sick with some cold bug caught off other peoples children.
Booked a quick trip to Paris end of the month to get away.
Nearly bought myself a new watch at the weekend but thought I'd hold off until after Christmas.
Too ill for the bike so may catch up on the Sky planner later if work allows.

Liverpool sticking to winning ways is always good.

Back to the emails and rightmove it is

downside, no air/hotel points, don't get to see old colleague out there
    upside, everything else :)

There are thousands of the phuckers. Just go for a ride on your bike and you'll find one skimming past you in no time at all.

No, the church route is out.

The new academy school looks good, have heard good reports from a few parents with brats there. That's probably top of our list. He wants to go to a mixed school, and Tiffin is out because he just won't do too well in their set up plus 90% of the people I've met that went there I've wanted to throttle....

SDS drill is such a lovely toy.

Sparky has been and gone - "1st phase over" he says. left a heck of a mess but all the old cable - ching ching. He's actually done a very good job bt it should be for the money i'm laying out. He's been on time and finished what he's meant to finish.

    Laters.

Ah yes SDS drill = hot knife through butter compared to a cordless.

Used one to take tiles off the bathroom wall, took me about 8 hours and got RSI as a result.

    Evening peeps,

Minion hunt almost over. One accepted, one offer to make this week to someone who got made redundant 6 months ago so I know hell accept Then normality might return for a while. I've even revived my Welsh gravity plans for later this month.

Beer and curry consumed, all is well with the world. Mildly concerned the EPO may not see things this way by morning.

Doesn't the current randomly oscillate depending on the apparently moody German inverter?

You cannot possibly say that relegating you to a tent on a... hang on, it's Tuesday? Back to the plot: You cannot possibly say that relegating you to a tent in the garden on a curry night is somehow unwarranted.

Hence the hesitation. I was going to post something about noxious fumes and his dizzy daughter but as a parent, I am empathetic to his problem and decided not to.
