Single tooth on large chainring bent towards small chainring

Towards the end of the commute home, I noticed a regular min-grind, got home to find I've someone bent a single tooth, not sure how considering it was a very gentle ride home after a long and pants day at work!

Probably not done the new chain I fitted 8 days ago many favours. :(

Can I simply coax it back into place with a pair of pliers for now, until I can source a replacement ring?

Or if I'm going to use the bike in the morning, should I stick to the 24T chainring @200rpm in 6th gear (15T)?

I think it's part of the design. Unless you've had a very weird crash.

What chainset is it? Google pictures of it new.
  • Long nose pliers did the job this morning, but wondering about ordering a replacement ring.

I'd probably not bother. Is it a Fat bike you have ?
