Hi.

Could anyone give me an idea of the value of this bike. I've done some research (google) and know that they cost around £4000 when released in 2006, and some basic specs. what i don't know is what something like this is worth now, as i understand it there were only 35 ever made, got to be good right? knowing my luck completely worthless, even so it is a very light bike even compared to my full carbon. cannondale_1_adj.jpg

  • Thing is with limited editions is that they get ridden. So they become just like other bikes. There may be some intrinsic value to others.

It's a lovely thing but, I suspect, the answer is likely to be driven by what makes it better than a 2016 Tiagra from Start Fitness at £799?

  • Priceless with that stem set up
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles
  • hahaha.

yep. its not the most ascetically pleasing or comfortable stem i ever had the pleasure of owning, i have already made plans to get a FSA one to replace it. Not sure why anyone thought that stem was the way forward. up yes nut forward no.

If the frame is pristine (i.e. None of the common corrosion around the bits where the carbon meets the alloy) then maybe as much as 200-250 quid for the frame set if you get lucky on ebay.

Unfortunately it's got a bit of the usual corrosion - you an see it in the pics. I always thought they were good looking frames but they all seemed to have that problem after a year or two :(

As with any limited edition if you are able to attract an enthusiast who wants it you might get a good price, otherwise you have to ask whether it is worth more to you than the likely ebay sale value.

Just might go for quite a bit if you get a couple of guys bidding each other up.......
