just about to leave for work, looks cold but meant to warm up later so going for shorts and short sleeves, could be unpleasant to begin with!

anyway, onwards and upwards, actually i'd take onwards and sideways, don't want to peak to early.

cafe, office, need to prepare for going to qatar tomorrow and not going to qatar tomorrow, with time only for one of these option

or, i could entangle me in two other universes where i prep to go and i prep to not go, that way i and i do the work and i just relax until there's a decision, at which point i simply multiply all my wave functions by my complex conjugate and have what i prepared

seems a more reasonable plan than any of the faffing around about it last week

will be wearing warmers for the commute i think

Working from home as commuting mucks up the morning conference call prep

Later is some school thing to attend, the bright side is no builders until circa 4pm

Just in time to knock off then. I bet they'll still charge for the day.

    Morning folks,
Slow start to the day as I had to take the girl into school and talk to them this morning about how things are going as we seem to be going backwards at the moment. It would be a lot easier if I could stop her from thinking. Unfortunately this means I am in the car today as although it was cold it's a lovely day out there. Should probably do some work now...

Car told me it was 5 degrees this morning, glorious sunshine though. Waiting for my boss to get here to thoroughly not understand some windfarm stuff I'm working on

First ride in involving a jacket and full finger gloves this morning, although not quite as jessiefied as some people who were wrapping up to go out this weekend

Today is the usual corporate hamsterwheel stuff. Ho hum.

Whoop, my boss was in a great mood and went away semi understanding what I've been doing but seems to think it's way more complicated than it really is because he fundamentally doesn't understand what I do. Win win situation, plus he is taking me on a day out which should cost somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand pounds free of charge. Sounds more dodgy than it is...

I think that you should do the line integral trick and leave out the time and location of where you want to be as this has more certainty. You cannot prep either way without collapsing the wave function.
...take your pickelf on your holibobs.... :D

tried all paths today, but it stubbornly refuses to be localised

i postulate that a non-zero beancounter field permeates globalmegacorp, rendering the bosons of decision massive and short range, basically we're doomed

Maybe one day FishFish and SG will sort out the time/space/location continuum and when they do, they can get TLW's builders on site at a reasonable time.

Today leftover Gulag minion went silly with the SDS drill on the old plaster work and killed himself in the process whilst I tidied up shifting rubble and wound the sparky up, which was fun. Considering how much I am paying him, I think I have a right :D
All the gutting has been done*, now it's time to start putting it al back together again.

*Bar a supporting wall removal, RSJ insertion... faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarq.

    Laters.

Oh and did I mention the Mitre Saw (not chop saw) I ordered? Should be here tomorrow. What a lovely toy.

Well done CB - thrashed SG by 38 minutes and saved us from another ambiguous song lyric thread title.
I'll be happy when he goes back to revisit the cat and the volcano though.
