Blue skies, cold , and a very strong wind here in sunny Lincolnshire, will probably go out for a ride this afternoon
    Have a good day

    Cooler? Eh?

Beach season officially started today, in fabulous, endless sunshine. Went up the coast to a beach that's only, oh, 10km long, all fine white soft sand, and really rather nice. 8) Snoozed, wandered, paddled.

All Sunday's should be like this.

    Morning folks,
Very slow start to the day with tea and bacon sandwiches featuring. There's an article in the Independent about laziness being a sign of intelligence, so whilst others were riding I was in bed with a cup of tea. A few bits and bobs to be done, nothing too strenuous though.

Good driving weather which is just as well as I have a lot of it to do. At least there will be near continuous footy on Radio 5 Live to break up the monotony of A1...

3/4 tights, full gloves and three layers plus ear warmers with the cool start leading to lots of climbing.

My bike is now clean and I'm just waiting for the spirit to move me to start making the evening meal.

Does that mean you stood up Kingstonian again VN?!
Gorgeous sunny day here with hardly a breath of wind so decided to ditch the usual swim/soft play area Sunday routine and drag the girls around the hills.

Don't get into that habit - £1.99 a week as opposed to the Minions Bumper Annual - endless and as big as the London Borough phone book.

I actually saw a minion crossing a street in Midlothian last week. They look bigger in real life.

...and don't tell me - people who have filthy bikes that they never clean come into the highly intelligent category too.
