Not enough sleep, but having a giggle with the eldest rugrat

Today is jobs, mainly painting the bathroom ready for the bathroom being fitted tomorrow

Later is out to the local with some friends, the plan is to take it easy as I'm doing the Autumn epic tomorrow without any training

    Alright, geezers

Quick blast around the park on the new CAADX, only stopped once to adjust the bars. Nearly ran over a squirrel, will get him next time. Missed the rain = result

Not the CAAD12? Which one is it? How do you find it?

Road or path? Don't try to beat CJ's time round the path, he's clearly insane.
Traditional slow start has been had, very pleasant. the EPO has gone shopping and the lad isn't back from last night so just me and the female child chilling. Should really fix the door frame that needs repairing. Maybe in a bit.
  • Down in Newquay for the weekend so no cycling. On a mission to find a good pasty shortly.
    Advocate of disc brakes.

Stopped off at Ferrybridge services because the A1 is so tedious and I need a leak. Services packed with busloads of chaos so not hanging around. The frozen North beckons...

Yep, the one I posted about in the CX forum. Got the Ultegra one, hydro brakes. It is brilliant, rides so well and pretty comfortable even when slamming over tree roots etc.

Large curry consumed. Now making inroads into some chilled Swedish cider while surfing the channels unopposed :)

@ V68 - is this the SW London Cockerpoo owners club that you mentioned a while back?

I can't remember what Kingstonian has, but the other two do as I recall.
