Giant tcr advanced frame trouble ??

Looks like a little crack appearing on the seat tube, anyone care to comment.
Just appeared and clamp has never been touched in the last 10 months, low use and under a year old.
Crack or paint chip does not run on, it is just as pictured.

    It's near impossible to give an accurate diagnosis from just a pic. If it's under a year old why not take it to the shop for a warranty inspection and save any documentation if they say it's not structural damage but months later becomes a definite crack.

    I think it's just paint but yeah take it to the shop.
