I was just wondering how much harder to peddle a 34t cassette on a 30t chainring is compared to a 32t cassette on a 22t chainring?

Does anyone know or can they point me in the right direction of a calculator to work it Out?

Or assuming only the largest cog on each only, about 29% harder on the 34/32.
