Di2 question

It might be a dumb question but I know nothing about electronic gears etc.
I have a bike with Dura Ace 11 speed group set.
If I buy a new bike with ultegra Di2 11 speed, will I be able to replace the chainset with my existing one - (guessing the front and rear mech will still have to be Di2 ultegra.
