  • Lots of tools you don't need as a beginner and not a decent spoke key. Those spoke keys atre awkward to use and make your job tedious and legthy. I recommend a DT Swiss or a Sapim one if you build a lot or a spokey red if you only build occasionally. The nipple driver is useful (second from top right), everything else you can do without

    Wonderful, thankyou Ugo!

As an aside I managed to find a better description of the contents elsewhere, as it says it has two layers:
    Kit includes the following tools:

    3.3, 3.45, 4, 4.3, 5, 5.5 mm spoke wrenches

    Shimano spoke wrench

    Flat spoke wrench

Nipple driver and nipple assembly tool

    All Mavic spoke wrenches

DT Swiss torx profile nipple wrench

5.5mm T-handle and Square nipple socket screwdrivers

Spoke, bearing and crank cotter gauge

    Still best avoided?

What Ugo said, the only thing I'd want out of that box is the nipple driver. If I was going to be working on a lot of wheels for other people it might be worth considering, but for building the occasional wheel for myself no way.
