Which tyres should I buy?

Hello-

I am after some advice. I need to replace the 32mm Schwalbe Spicer tyres that came on a second hand bike I have purchased.

I am going to be using the bike for winter commuting/winter training and riding gravel cycle paths.

What tyre should I be getting. Ideally I would like it to be as quick as possible on road but capable on gravel (disused railway/canal type paths.

What would you advise?
