Sram 11s cassette on new HED Ardenne wheel?

When fitted with no spacer there is movement in the cogs when the lock ring is fully tightened causing noise on the largest sprockets. When fitted with the 1.8mm spacer that came with the wheels there is not enough hub showing to fit the last cog. Which spacer do I need? Is this a regular occurrence with Sram cassettes?

    Just to add I thought spacers are used when running 10 speed on an 11 speed hub. I wouldnt have thought one necessary in this instance.

    Shouldn't be any movement when lockring is fully tightened - no spacers are supposed to be indicated in the configuration you describe

    Thats what I thought. I wonder why it doesnt tighten.
