After having not ridden on the road for many years, finally dug my old Genesis Day 01 out of the shed and put a few miles on it! Struggled to get comfortable on it so have a new Giant Defy 1 Disc on order, just waiting for the Cyclescheme people to get a move on and issue my voucher.

Need to work on my fitness and am trying not to get hooked on buying all the kit!

Certainly need some help - blowing out of my backside as soon as it gets hilly!
Forget I'm not 20 years old any more.....
