Shimano MH475 - Compatible freewheel \ Hub ??

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to ideally replace the internals on my Shimano MH475 rear hub but I am trying to avoid replacing the entire hub, as I don't want to get into spoke-lacing territory.
This is on a 9-speed Specialized 2009 Pitch Pro.
Hub never been serviced, and as it's had 8-years use, so I don't just wanna give it a clean-up.
Anyhow ...
Can someone please confirm -
1) Am I able to buy the MH475 internals (as opposed to the entire hub) coz if I am then its very well hidden.
2) If internals are not available for MH475, are others compatible (and how would I know they are compatible).
I can see plenty of forums discussion on this, but I can't see anything definitive on "xyz" will fit.
This is the MH475. I suspect part 13 is what I need -

Thanks

1/ Yes you can,
Cheapest way is to buy a new Hub off ebay and just use the bits you need, any low end Shimano hub will have most parts compatible, check the Shimano techdocs site for details
