Chain/Rear derailleur issue half way through riding

Firstly I'm hoping someone can tell me how to upload a photo, after which I can illustrate the problem I have with my bike.

    Use an external host like tinypic or photobucket and use the image tags to insert it in a post.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    I'm sorry, they were not the clearest of instructions. I've managed to upload a pic on tinypic with tags, how do I then transfer the tags to this thread?

    Go to full edit mode on here, click the img button and put the URL of the photo in between the tags.
