Fork oil recommendation (stantions)

I've been doing a good job of remembering to clean off stantions and remove muck from around the seal after every ride, but haven't been doing any lubricating as I don't have anything which I recognise as being appropriate around the house.
Any recommendations for a suitable oil / lube / butter to wipe over the stantions after a dirty, dusty ride? Presume motorbike stuff likely to be a cheap viable option, but I presume there'd be some specificity that I need to look out for?
(Forks are Rebas and TK Gold as well as a Fox CTB rear shock)

Just a very light wipe with some suspension oil. No more than a very fine film otherwise it will attract dirt and be counter productive.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

I got some of that in 15W. After a ride wipe some on the stanchions and push down on the forks - you'll notice the oil lift the dirt out of the seals. You can use it when you service your forks too!0
