51mm fork offset - what for ?

i am looking for some frames that could fit me (without having the possibility of riding them all). if , according to my previous bikes experiences, i could (more or less) figure out what different frame geometry could do for me, i found a frame that raised an insurmountable question for me. it has a "normal-gravel bike" reach (390) stack (595), chainstay (420), head/seat angles (73) but a fork rake of 51 and may be in order to compensate, a 73 bb drop (all for size 58). tyre clearance is 40c for 700 and 47c for 650b.
i am asking myself how it could handle such a bike, since the vast majority of endurance/adventure/cross bikes have a rake of 43-45 and i never ride smth similar...

Very likely the handling will be "agile"and not very stable in straight line...because with 73 degrees and 51 mm offset the trail will be 50 mm which is somewhat less then the often reported 60 mm as desired.
Also very likely that the bike is designed like that for offroad use.

starting from this i investigate more. in fact the head angle is 72 and according to an online trail calculator, with a 28/30 tyre will give a 58m trail - the same with a 45 on a 650b wheel. More neutral, isn't it? anyway is strange, because of that 73mm bb drop for off road use. thanks.
