I'm looking to buy a bib and top but I'm lost in sizing, every day clothes I'm a 34" ish waist and a large to xl top
As there's loads of choice what's my best sizes to go a lad at work said a size bigger but from looking on a certain site I'm confused

Each brand has different cut and sizing.
Best advice I can give is to try on a few sizes in your LBS and see what is most comfy.0 -
Hello Vysie,
to echo the above point, I'm comfortable in:
M for Adidas
L for Rapha (depending on jersey style)
XL for Torm
XXL for Castelli
You ned to try suff on."It must be true, it's on the internet" - Winston Churchill0 -
I'm of a similar build and just opt for XXL on everything. Some are a tad tighter than others but smaller sizer are a no-no.Advocate of disc brakes.0

Wiggle will tell you what size you are based on that - plus you can always order different sizes and send one back. The DHB brand are good value and fit fairly normally. I'd avoid Castelli though - their sizes are very odd.0
