So i have just recovvered from a bennetts fracture on my left hand.
Done a few rides so far on both my road and MTB. Found that my left hand still gets a little painful in the palm, and wondered if anyone recommends any gloves known for their padding.
Planning to be used for both road and mtb, the ones ive currently got and used previously were great until after my injury.

have you experimented adding padding to see if it actually helps? it may simply increase pressure on the areamy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0

Maybe you need different shape or size grips.0

I'd go for gel bar tape and if necessary gel pads on the bars if you are looking to dampen impact and vibration.
I find the ones with specific gel pads offer little impact resistance. It is the ones with a good spread that work. Expensive equals Rapha. I went with Lizard-Skins/La-Sal-10- when a seriously bruised my hand from an off and love them.0 -
You could also try double wrapping the bar tape to give a bit more padding and greater surface area.Paracyclist
