Fork Upgrade for Pine Mountain 2016

Just pulled the trigger on a 2016 Marin Pine Mountain.
It is a non boost wheelset up front (could not find whether it was a 9mm or 15mm axle and I neglected to ask!)
Just wondering if I want to stick a fork up front at a later stage and stay with non boost what fork will give the best clearance? I will only run up to 2.8's
Budget is for a mid range £200-£350.
