Needing a little advice on a bike

Il keep it short and sweet, Il mostly be riding this on roads and dirt tracks {nothing to hardcore}

Just wanted to feedback on this, worth the money for a starter bike for someone?

    The Fork is very poor, at this price you would expect a damped fork and it's undamped.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
