Turbo for Road Thru Axle

Hi,
Have realised that my new bike with a 142 x 12mm DT Swiss Thru axle is not compatible with my Elite Turbo Muin trainer.
Unfortunately, Elite don't sell an adapter / convertor to change it from QR to TA and sell a specific model of Turbo Muin.
Any recommendations as to turbos that are compatible with TAs? I believe the Wahoo Kickr and Tacx Neo are both available with TA adapters but are both quite expensive.

My Neo says it's only QR compatible. Bloody TAs - really pointless on road bikes.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
