Road vs. Anyroad

I currently have an 2002 full carbon, full Ultegra road bike, i ride 60 to 80 mile per week on road l, 18 mph average speed.
I am a little intrigued by the Giant Anyroad comax due to the more upright position, more modren, etc.
What do i loose or gain if i switch.
Will I be disapointed?
