Which to buy??

Hey everyone I reecentl had my bike stolen and I have a decision to make on what bike I want to replace it with I'm torn between getting a 2016 giant defy 5 allux new for 639 or get a very well condition 2014 giant defy 1 allux for around 600$ I was wondering what y'all thought which one I should choose?

    The Defy 1 will have a much better spec. If it has been well looked after, I would definitely go for the used bike!
