life is once again escaping my firm grasp, time for a roller coaster ride.

Today shall be work, and I suspect more work rather than a ride later, but you never know.

Second coffee is ready, I should probably drink it.

3rd day back at work meh but at least the weekend is approaching. Teaching my son to ride a bike at the weekend, he can be a bit of a wuss sometimes so should be interesting. I had a bit of practise teaching Bally how to ride a bike last week. It was a proud moment when I let go of the saddle and watched him wobble off on his own under a lorry.

Me procrastinating me. Dunno why. Perhaps I haven't eaten as much as SG and my bike isn't quite as shiny and there isn't much sun but pedalling on the crest of the road top, clouds are in the sky, look out for passers by...

Welcome back Seano. I was giving you 6 months or so but this is unprecedented. You've done a Leicester on me.
Had you started Bally on the top of a hill, you would have done a proper job. Instead, it's a fail.

    Laters.

  • Things are coming together slowly at home, parts that I need are actualy available and stuff is happening outside. Then once a wall is taken out all hell (and by hell I mean a load of dust and cavity wall insulation) will be let loose.

Red wine can go **** itself as I'm blaming it for staying in bed this morning and not riding.

If you factor in age and the point that I allegedly never turn a pedal... :)

Cider has been supped. Let's hope I feel like pedalling tomorrow! For some reason its really sweaty on this train, I'm not going to be popular when I get home.

Not really. I walk about, slowly, but not for long. Not yet supposed to lift anything more than a few kg max, nor attempt anything that requires twisting or leaning.

Review in a week after more x-rays to tell me whether it's "working" or not. TBH, doesn't feel that great. Fingers crossed.
