New cassette for Alr 5

I am thinking of upgrading my 11-28 tooth 11spd 105 cassette to a 11-32 tooth cassette for better climbing. I have recently learned that I can have either a ss or gs derailer and that only the gs model can use a 32 tooth cassette. It is an 11 spd 105 derailer and treks website doesn't specify which model it is. I would prefer not to have to change derailers when I upgrade.
Is there anyway to tell what derailer I have? I want to know if it will support the climbing cassette.
Thanks!

Measure the length of the cage on the RD. The GS derailleur is longer.
