Noticed where my pump sits under the top tube it's chipped away at the paint. Is it a simple light sand under coat/prime and top coat. Aluminium frame

Is it in sight? If not, as it's an aluminium frame, I wouldn't spend too much time or effort on it. Just coat the chip with nail varnish and forget about it.

    No no, no dig intended.
Just saying if the chip is out of sight treating it by applying some nail varnish would suffice given that the chip won't have weakened the alloy.

  • I purchased a set of Testers paints from a hobby store. Several assorted colors, there should be one to match the bike.
