Winter bike options

Ok, apologies if there is another thread, please point me there if so..
Currently ride a Canyon Sl 9.0, also have a Speedmax, neither of which I'd like to subject to abuse of this winter. So I'm thinking about a dedicated winter bike that will also double as a commuter next year. Ideally something that doesn't weigh a tonne (i live in derbyshire), 11sp would be nice but 10sp probably Ok, must be Shimano (I have a stages power meter) and not cost more than £650 preferably £600.
The ones I have looked at so far are:
Ribble (£616 with tiagra, £736 with 5800), so I'd have to go with Tiagra here. Quite like the look of this, not going to be setting PBs on it but seems ok.
Dolan Preffisio: Comes out at £748 with 10sp Tiagra so this leans me back to the Ribble.
What other bikes could I consider?. To be honest as long as it can take mud guards, is shimano (new tiagra, or 5800) and costs around £600 I'd be open to suggestions. Anyone use the Btwin bikes as winter bikes?
Thanks

CAAD8's have mudguard eyelets and there are usually a few on Paul's heavily discounted.
£600 for new Tiagra or 105 is probably pushing it though.
This looks a good deal though available in most sizes:

Does it have to be new? There must be some great bargains on ebay...0

Brand new 2016 CAAD8 with 11 speed 105 for £699 (RRP is £949) seems fantasic value and 5800 is supposed to be an absolutely superb groupset.0
