Mid-Range All-in-One Helmet lights.

I'm in the market for a new helmet light, and want an all-in-one (combined battery and light, rather than separates).
Now the two most common answers to this question appear to be:
1) a cheap-as-chips questionable-quality units for about £12
or
2) Exposure joystick (or similar) for about £100.
BUT there must be some middle ground - a brand that hasn't made it big enough yet to demand the silly-high prices, but with a better track record than "you might get lucky", maybe? So I'm specifically asking what you've tried and tested that fits in between these two extremes.
Thanks in advance.
