TT into Road bike? New frame or Wheel?

Sorry for asking this but I was wondering if I should get a new frame or wheel?. I live in NYC and mostly do 100-120 miles a week in Central park (Hilly) or go from the East side river to the west side highway (Flat Road). The reason why im looking for a new frame is because I heard you lose power when you use a TT as a road bike. No??? the 2006 felt B2 has a seat tube of 76 degrees. Road bikes usually tend to be 72-75 degrees. So will 1-4 degrees make a difference? Or should I just stay with what I have and get a new Front wheel? My bike currently weighs 18.2 pounds and the reason I got a TT in the first place was because I found it on Ebay for 246$ Mint condition(Not a fan of the TT position with aero bars and bullhorns thats why im using drops).Futher on, as a front wheel i was planning on getting a zipp 404 and maybe later when I save up more money a rear zipp 808.What do you guys think???

I think its pretty marginal really. If you're comfy with the bike - stay as it is. Deep rims may make you slightly faster but it'd be cheaper to get some training plans in.0

TT bikes are really good at being quick in a straight line. Road bikes have a different geometry because your position is different and you want them to quick in bends. Granted your in the U.S and your roads are pretty straight.
I'd get a new frame and keep your TT bike for well TT's.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -
Tyres would be a cheap upgrade for more speed for TT'ingFFS! Harden up and grow a pair0
