Ultegra or 105

I'm looking at these two bikes as a friend recently purchased a Dolan frameset and recommended them very highly

The price difference is £200, is the price difference worth it?

I've only ever owned 1 road bike and this was a Focus Culebro with Shimano Sora, will I even notice a difference between 105 and Ultegra?

Also the Aksium Wheels, is it better to upgrade these Cosmic Elite S?
