Going to be arriving in Oudenaarde a week on Sunday for a day of riding the next day. What's Belgium like with Sunday opening hours? Likely to arrive around 8pm so don't want to get there and discover everything is shut as Europe is prone to doing.

Shouldn't be a problem, there will be something open. Many big roads have fritteries which do acres of excellent chips, and various other articles that can be fried.

Should be plenty of options in Oudenaarde at that time, though I think most will be closed by 9:30/10 (ie as soon as their customers have gone).

    Great place.
