I'm looking at building a light weight climbing bike, I have a set of of Campagnolo Neutrons lve never used and I've recently acquired from a mate (very cheap) a full 2015 Chorus group set. I'm looking at a Deda carbon finishing kit now both Wiggle & CRC have good reductions on them but I'm not sure on a frame !
With all the reductions on 2016 frames about to start I thought I see if any one had seen anything I may have missed ?

Some Deda Nerissimo frames on Ebay for reasonable money.
And you probably should have posted this in buying advice :!:25th August 2013 12hrs 37mins 52.3 seconds 238km 5500mtrs FYRM Never again.0 -
Look at my bit of purple thread. you can start with a really cheap frame of ebay stip the paint and pick your components carefully to get a 6kg bike or under. I could get mine down to under 6kg quite easily. the frame is 1484g.
i would buy a chinese carbon frame cheaper than the deda and light. Many of these are down to 900g or so or lighter.
You dont have to spend alot to get a light bike and there are lighter wheels than the neutrons although if you have them you might as well use them.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -
Wouldn't qualify in the budget category but Paul Milnes has 3 Genesis Zero framesets on offer for just over £1k (S, M and L sizes)

If you buy direct I'm sure you can negotiate a discount to reflect the absence of Ebay fees and/or get then to fit BB, seat clamp and other goodies
Full spec details are here

I've dealt with Paul Milnes in the past (bought 3 framesets from them over recent years) and can't fault them0 -

Kit im running isnt super light an I've managed a 7.5Kg build. Frame is a Hongfu SL066, Pretty sure if you nose online you could find the SL version which is lighter.0
