Adjusting gears, road bike

I know this is probably easy to do, but when I took my road bike back to decathlon (for it's 3 month check), they well and truly f***** my gears. It's a 2x11 speed and the cable rubs in nearly half of the gears now. the chain sometimes comes off too which isn't ideal!

I've seen posts and videos on adjusting gears but I would rather see a professional (or someone that knows what they're doing) do it so I can learn from them!

Any local mechanics my way (near lichfield) that want to lend a hand?

Any advice would be appreciated!!
