Are Suntour Raidon-XC LO R Coil shocks adjustable and should i adjust them

Hello All,

ive got the Suntour Raidon-XC LO R Coils on my Hoodoo and noticed the website says they are adjustable. if so i would imagine being that im quite heavy they would need adjusting but how do i go about this.

There should be a preload knob. Adjust that for sag.
There might be a rebound knob. If so adjust that for rebound.
There should have been a manual with the bike, or you'll find tech docs on Suntour website.
