I'm borrowing a bike off a friend as mine was damaged in a accident (pedal broke) so I need some SPD SL's till the insurance sorts things out which could be a while.
Are these any good to tie me over or should I steer clear ?

They are fine and reliable. Used them for years on my winter bike (until switching to keo's) and had absolutely zero issues until the bearings eventually needed replacing.
Great value for money.0 -
If it's temporary then why not, there's a 2 year warranty with them0

They are quality pedals that will last years and being the cheapest SPD-SL that Shimano do probably their biggest seller. £23 for a pair with cleats is the going rate.0
