Carraro Latemar 992 headset?

I have customer looking to build up one of these from a frame and I'm looking for anyone who has one and could confirm the headset.
The issue we have is the original bike is listed as having a integrated headset, but frame he had looks like it should take a semi-integrated and has a headtube with a 45mm ID
