Slow puncture?

My tyres on my bike seem to lose air.
Yesterday gone down to 20PSI.
I pumped upto 40PSI.
This morning, it had gone down to under 35PSI.
I'm going out twice a day riding for 30 min twice.
The park has long bike tracks... so not doing anything that I would have though would cause any problems?
What should I do?
Thanks.

Take the tube(s) out and check in water to see if there are punctures.
If so fix them.I don't do smileys.

If you have tubes, as above, take them out to check for leaks incl from the valve. Repair / replace as appropriate.
If tubeless, do you have enough sealant in there? Dunk the whole wheel / mounted tyre in water to look for escaping bubbles0 -
Run your finger along the inside of the tyre to carefully check for thorns etc. These need to be removed or you will keep getting punctures.0

40-35psi can be caused by the small loss of air removing the pump from the valve combined with an overnight temperature drop.
40psi is rather high!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
