Judging by last year, we should get news any day now. The have sold off the 2016 models cheaply recently. Anyone thinking of getting one? The inflite-slx was ridiculous value, but the alu frame didnt excite me enough to buy. I'm hoping they make the jump to carbon otherwise deals elsewhere look better. Tempted to try a Planet X XLS as a race bike. They do a carbon wheel build for under 1.5k.

You can get a SuperX for £1699 at the moment. Needs better wheels of course. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

2017 models are on the website now - https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/road/infli ... l-8-0.html
Model at £1400 looks decent value if you want 22 speed and hydraulics etc.0 -
They are nice but, broken record, the CAADX Ultegra with RS585 shifters is £1199 most places now, leaving £300 for better wheels. The Canyon has the advantage of starting with better wheels and certainly tyres. The SLX is pretty mind. And the Pro Race is nice, very nice, but is that a bit of a confusing spec? Alloy frame, carbon wheels?
Against properly priced RRP they are pretty well priced, not quite a good as a few months ago. I just think in the CX market there's an awful lot of competition. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
