Cannock Chase for a complete noob

Hello all,
think im off to Cannock chase with my brother on saturday and now pooping my self.
Currently im managing to do 10 mile rides at draycote water which is on tarmac, i tried a quick little wood route last time and even though i loved it i was shattered and it was like half a mile
.
So where do i ride at cannock, i dont fancy just a boring ride i do want to get into some woods and a little bit of trials but the last thing i want to do is get in the way of everyone so somewhere quiet would be perfect.
my fitness isnt great as well so i dont want to be stuck on a trial thats killing me with people behind waiting for my fat ass to finish.
your help is much needed.
