Genesis Equilibrium Disc - TRP Hy/Rd or Shimano BR-RS785?

Hi,
I'm looking at the Genesis Equilibrium Disc for use as a winter bike.
The Disc 20 model has cable-actuated TRP Hy/Rd calipers, while the Disc 30 has fully-hydraulic Shimano BR-RS785 brakes.
I can get a "perfect" ex-demo Disc 30 for £180 more than a brand-new Disc 20.
As this would be my first foray into disc brakes, would you recommend paying the extra for the fully-hydraulic model? (the two bikes are otherwise identical, apart from the frameset colourscheme)
Thanks!
