Stripped grip adjustment screw

Hi,

I was adjusting the reach on my ultegra brake levers the other day, and I managed to strip one of the grip adjustment screws by using a rubbish screwdriver. They're nylon screws, so they're incredibly soft. I've got the levers where I want them now (i.e. as close as possible) so I'm not sure if there's any point looking into replacing the screw. Can I just leave it in there, since I probably won't ever adjust them again?

Thanks.
