Carbon fibre Frame repairs in South East London?

To cut a log story short - a plastic bag caught my rear dérailleur and broke it off - damage dchainstay is the end result. Not massive but enough to mean I should get it reinforced at least!

So my bike is a DeRosa carbon frame so I am keen to fix it as best I can rather than replace it (can't afford to anyway).

Can anyone recommend a carbon frame repair shop in South East London. I am in the Bromley area - so the closer the better.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

  • If you really need something local, sorry can't help but I'm sure that these shops aren't 10-a-penny so in case you have to look farther afield. FWIW, I had a big RTA (t-boned by a car at 30mph) so needless to say as well as me the frame had a bit of damage but Carbon Bike Repairs of Dorking (Google them) were great. They were far from local to me (over 20 miles away which was a bit inconvenient) but would happily recommend.

Sorry have nothing sensible to add, but read this in my head with a Jamaican accent, made me chuckle a bit.

Good luck with the repair 8)
Obsessed is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated!

I have not used them, but I have been recommended them. Just going through the process of getting quotes.
