QR seatpost with carbon frame

Hi,

My road bike is a carbon frame i would like to fit a new seat clamp in a matching colour , my question is i also quite like QR seatpost clamps...my existing bolt clamp is fine..

But if i purchased a QR seat post clamp for my carbon frame i assume its just about finding the tight sweet spot yes?? and not overtightening?

will a QR be ok with my carbon frame??

any advise appreciated

    Why do you want a QR? Do you use it as a dropper during descents or something? Lol

    As above - QR clamp on a road frame seems utterly pointless.
